I have a tedious project with lots of boring data compiling to do, and need periodic distraction, so I thought I'd play the "guess my favorite character(s) on this show" meme that's been going around. SO: Who do you think my favorite character(s) for the following shows are: Smallville, Supernatural, Heroes, Veronica Mars, Middleman, Psych, Grey's Anatomy, Buffy, Angel.

(I'm just guessing with most of these, but in all cases besides Heroes -- which I don't think I've ever heard you talk about -- they're at least educated guesses.)

Yes to Keith, Hiro, Giles, Oz and Faith (and it's in exactly that order, too--it's like you can read my mind or something).

No to Lois and Lorne--frelling just correctly guessed the SV one, it's Lionel.

Well, I can't complain about that, since she's one of the other people I often share a brain with.

I noticed, just from compiling this list, I have a thing for father figures. For example, if I had remembered to include Alias, I would have had to list Spy Daddy and also Arvin Sloane. Hmmm. I wonder what's up with that.

I'm going to go with Dean and Bella. I'm not sure who Bella is but I think maybe I heard you raving about her once? Unless I dreamt it.

For the last Angel character I would say that Cordy fits your MO so I'll go with Cordy.

You are very smart. Cordy is definitely the third Angel person, and if I had a third SPN slot Bella would go there. (What can I say, I like hot snarky bitches--it's a type). But you were right on Dean.

Nope. Sam is probably my #4 favorite character--I do love him--just not quite as much as a couple other characters.

I normally totally go for sidekicks and whatnot, so it's possibly odd how for me SPN is so much Sam&Dean - everyone else is cool but secondary. Next I guess Jess, let's see how long this takes me!

Yeah, I don't have an Oz icon either, but the whole time he was on the show he was my favorite. Probably if he had been in it more than a season and a half, he'd beat out Giles (who I also don't have an icon of--I am sadly lacking in Buffy icons these days, and must go with this rather stern-looking Cordelia because of that).

he was a terrific character beautifully played. as you may remember, i hadn't watched tv in years before getting into SV, and more recently Buffy's been a revelation to me. so i'm bowled over by actors that most other fangirls have loved for a decade. *g* all that is to say, i think seth green is hot. :D

cordelia surprised me on buffy, getting more and more lovable. once i finish up my buffy dvds and move on to angel, i suspect i'll be even more surprised. :)

Ah, Cordelia on Angel. Well, the first couple seasons were stellar; then the actress got pregnant and her plotlines got a little...strange. But I wouldn't want to spoil you.

Seth Green is *definitely* very hot!

Dean, yes, but he is already up there. There's still one more SPN character I'm looking for.

Hee! I think Gus and Shawn are separate people, but Gus is definitely one of the two Psych people. The other isn't Shawn, and it isn't Shawn's dad (I'm giving you big hints because you and maybe

talitha78 are the only people on my flist who watch Psych, as far as I know.

Lilah is correct for Angel; for Buffy, slinkling guessed right: Giles, Oz, and Faith (I couldn't pick just one).
